SP13C: flare tripod loaded
Having successful loading and transferring from SADRA yard, Flare tripod of SP13C’ platform was installed in its location on Thursday.
Given weather conditions, the piling operations and tripod deck will be finished in two weeks, public relations reported.
This tripod, weighing 446 tons and standing 69 meters, had been loaded on Artemis barge by crane ship (HL-5000) then it was carried to the location last week.
Pointing to accelerate the development of offshore facilities of this project, director of phase 13 had already highlighted locations B and D as priority. It should be noted that flare tripod belonged to location D was installed in its location previous week.
South pars phase 13 has been designed to extract 56 million cubic meters of sour gas, daily production of 50 million cubic meters of methane, 2900 tons of liquid gas (LPG), 2750 tons of ethane, 75000 barrels of gas condensate, and 400 tons of sulfur. This project is being implemented with the consortium of MAPNA group, Iranian marine industrial company (SADRA), petro payedar Iranian company.
