Shahdaei visitedphase 13th of South Pars
Deputy Petroleum Minister of Iran, Marzieh Shahdaei, visited a refinery in phase 13 of South Pars development project on Wednesday (7 March 2018).
Shahdaei said: “we hope to launch this phase of the project soon.”
Public Relations of the Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGC) reported that after visiting onshore development projects in phase 13, she attended a meeting with POGC’s CEO, managers and contractors of the project.
She appreciated all efforts in developing South Pars projects: “this year witnessed considerable achievements in different fields in the oil industry including the South Pars.”
considering launch of three large projects in the South Pars, and signing development contract of phase 11 among this achievements, shed added: “on the road of progress at the South Pars, we would see development of remaining phases including the current phase.”
Shahdaei expected phases 13 and 22 of the South Pars to be pilot run and produce by end of this year (1396, ends on 21 March 2018) and said: “these phases would be launched completely by next year.”
“the aim of this visit is to assess the development and status of these phases of the South Pars. Development of these refineries and offshore platforms are all result of efforts by oil industry experts and committed engineers.”
Marzieh Shahdaei who visited phase 13 for the first time, stated: “considerable progress has been made which shows we are ready to launch its first stage.” She mentioned that 92 per cent reported progress in this project is considerable, and thanked all people involved in this project.
