South pars phase14 meets 82 percent progress
ASSALUYEH – over the past 2 years, the developmental activities in both offshore and onshore facilities moved in right direction so that there has been remarkable progress (82 percent) in constructing the refinery by providing the all equipment required, Hamid Reza Masoudi, director of phase14 said.

He emphasized the priority of building and completing the rows and units associated with the early production from the refinery, adding: using the experience gained from other projects, we have concentrated all the power, energy, and resources in this direction so that we could use the processing capacity of refinery as the offshore facilities are completed.
Masoudi also announced that the second main platform, 14B, is now under construction with the progress of %88 at ISOICO yard (Bandar Abas). As scheduled, this platform will be installed until late October. In addition, the satellite platform, 14D, with the progress of 85 percent is under construction too at SADRA yard.
As the drilling operations for the 7 wells completed and the mentioned platform installed, daily production from south pars phase 14 will reach 1.5 billion cubic feet.
SP14 development plan aims to produce 56,600,000 MCM of sour gas, 75000 barrels of gas condensate a day. It also annually produces over one million tons of liquid gas, one million tons of ethane for petrochemical units consumption as well as to produce 400 tons of sulfur per day.
