SP22-24; second deck ready for shipping
BUSHEHR – the second deck belonging to phases22-24 was loaded out and now is ready to sail out.

The first satellite deck for phases22-24 which is called 24A, weighing 2300 tons, was loaded on the vessel FLB124 at the industrial yard of SADRA (at the capital city of Bushehr) after construction, pre-commissioning, and some part of commissioning operations ended, public relations reported.

Technically speaking, over 90 km of electrical cabling, 3077 meters of tubing, and 31 thousand inch diameter of piping have been carried out in construction of the mentioned deck. Moreover, it has 58 main processing and mechanical equipment that have been performed more than one million and 807 man hour work.

According to the director of phases22-24, Farhad Izadjoo, the deck will be lifted and installed on its location by the installer vessel HL5000 as soon as the drilling rig leaves.

As estimated, the platform 24A will start up by February 20. This platform has been planned to produce 500 million cubic feet a day which is equivalent to half a standard gas phase.

Phases22-24 aims to produce 56 million cubic meters of sour gas, 50 million cubic meters of methane, 2900 tons of LPG, 2750 tons of ethane, 75000 barrels of condensate, and 400 tons of sulfur a day.
